Kelp Blue Trading is seeking an experienced Mechanic – Outboard & General Marine Technician to support our offshore and nearshore marine operations in Lüderitz, Namibia. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive marine mechanic with strong outboard engine expertise who wants to contribute to innovative ocean-restoration projects.

This is a hybrid role that combines: 1) Managing financial processes for the company, ensuring accurate administration, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. 2) Overseeing after-sales support, imports, and regulatory coordination for our biostimulant products in Eastern Europe (EU countries and Ukraine). This role requires fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, as you will be supporting customers across Ukraine and other Eastern European markets within the EU. A strong background in finance and administration is essential. Experience in agriculture, international trade, and regulatory compliance is advantageous.

Location: Luderitz (Namibia). As an intern, you will be involved in the day-to-day functioning of finance and admin support activities, to provide assistance and support to the Assistant Accountant / Office Administrator. This will be an opportunity to gain experience and develop skills relevant to Finance and Administration within Kelp Blue. You will be assisting with handling day-to-day finance and admin support.

Location: USA, Latin-America, Europe. We are looking for an Agri Sales Lead who will play a crucial role in expanding the commercial scope of the company in a determined region. With our production capacities ramping up fast, your responsibility will be to develop the client portfolio in the selected countries. Clients could range from farmers to distributors and large agriculture-related companies.
